What is your return policy?

Bigfoot Outdoor guarantees product from manufacturing defects and will replace a product at no charge to the customer within 90 days. This does not include normal wear and tear, excessive use, or not following washing instructions.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund (less shipping and handling) if it is in sell-able condition and in original packaging with tags still attached within 60 days. Please try on your clothes first for correct sizing before you remove any hang tags/stickers.

Bigfoot requires a Return Authorization Number before you send back anything for a return. Please contact us and request an RA Number through the contact us page.

If you are sending back a product to exchange a size, Bigfoot will ship out a replacement for a flat fee of $6. We do not refund shipping on an exchange or return. Canadian or out of country exchanges are charged actual shipping rate back.

What are your shipping options?

We ship via USPS and UPS at our discretion, however, please include notes with your order if it requires special attention on carrier.

How long will delivery take?

Orders that are in stock will ship within 48 hours (not counting Saturday and Sunday) and you'll receive within approximately 4-8 business days depending on ship to address location. Orders that are out of stock may be delayed. We do not accept out of stock orders. Canada orders usually take 7-20 days shipping. We have distribution centers in Washington and Utah. The majority of orders are shipped from Utah.

In the past, Bigfoot Outdoor operated outlet stores in the Pacific Northwest, but today we operate exclusively online. We do not have an open to the public storefront that allows pick-up orders.

Is my credit card and information safe?

We take our customer's security very seriously. We currently use Paypal Merchant to process all of our transactions. We do not store or save your credit card information on any Bigfoot Outdoor Store servers or computers. Not only are our checkout pages using the latest encryption during checkout, but we also have secure pages throughout the entire website for your protection.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?
